RentOwl is a product operated by SIMPLE INVOICE. Payments, invoices, refunds, and payment statements may show the merchant name as SIMPLE INVOICE.
How billing works
Rentowl is rent-management software for landlords and property managers. All prices are in INR (₹) and include GST.
Basic and Pro are priced per month. You can pay for them in two ways:
- Monthly subscription: renews automatically each month until you cancel from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
- Pay once: one month of the plan, with no auto-renewal. Pay again before it ends to add another month.
- When paid access ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Your properties, tenants and records are kept.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. You get a GST invoice for every payment, on the Billing page and by email.
